ABOUT CHEF ERICA GUIDI:
Erica Guidi, is a professional chef, culinary consultant and food educator based in Ontario. Erica believes food isn’t just a way of life, it is life. People work and grow together as family through food. They recharge and come together, over food. Through this way of life, Erica learned that cooking can be simple, purposeful, and enjoyable. She believes that by learning the basic fundamentals you will build a skill set that will give you the confidence to create, play, and break the “rules” to create memorable experiences - all over food.
THE DIGITAL CONTENT MARKETING NEEDS:
This photo shoot featuring Hamilton’s chef and media personality, Chef Erica Guidi took us to the lovely Modern Design Studio, situated in the Locke Street neighbourhood of Hamilton Ontario. With a fresh new approach to business, new services and new directions happening, Erica was ready to put her best face forward and showcase her passion and love for food, entertainment and dining. With a branding photography shoot featuring food photography, editorial photography and lifestyle photography content for “b-roll” footage, we gave her brand the ultimate makeover and supported her with a content pack that is transferrable across multiple platforms, able to serve many purposes all while showcasing her unique personality.
ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER:
Jennifer Hulley is a Commercial Food and Drink Photographer based in Toronto, Canada. From cookbooks to product packaging, branded websites to restaurant Instagrams, Jennifer is experienced and confident in executing projects of any size and medium.
She loves working with Food + Bev specialities like wineries and restaurants, as well as with creatives like chefs and sommeliers that possess a strong passion for their work.
Her work explores flavor, texture, and culture through the lens of food. She captures the raw elements of food and drinks right before your eyes in a cinematic and inspiring approach.
