The Art and Science
of Living in Alignment
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by life’s mysteries, the patterns that repeat, the stories we tell ourselves, and the energy that moves beneath the surface.
As a child, I could lose myself in kaleidoscopes, magic-eye puzzles, and endless “what if” games about the paths a life might take. That same curiosity shaped everything that followed.
My path has never been linear. I’ve been an educator, a photographer, a coach, a therapeutic arts practitioner, and an intuitive guide. Each role was a chapter in my own unlearning, a step away from what I was “supposed” to do and a step closer to the work I was meant for.
I spent nearly two decades in education, much of it in specialized classrooms, where I learned firsthand how the nervous system shapes our ability to learn, connect, and create. Alongside that, I built a career in photography, always guided by intuition rather than a plan, capturing presence and energy rather than simply images.
When I trained as a Therapeutic Arts Facilitator and deepened my studies in psychology, creativity, and intuition, everything began to converge. I stopped segmenting myself into separate titles (coach, artist, intuitive, educator) and began to work from the truth that all of these are expressions of the same purpose:
Helping people reconnect with themselves, clarify what matters most, and create a life that feels fully their own.
Today, my work blends brain science, nervous system awareness, creativity, and intuition into tools, spaces, and experiences that spark real change. Whether it’s through my podcast This Is Soul Therapy, speaking engagements, guided resources, or my art prints, my intention is the same: to help you cut through the noise, tap into your own wisdom, and move forward with clarity and courage.
Because when the pieces of your life fit together with intention, it doesn’t feel like a thousand scattered parts , it feels like a complete picture you can finally step into.
