I believe photography matters more now than ever.

In a world where everything can be fabricated, faked, or mass produced, a photograph is one of the last true things we have: proof of what it actually felt like to be this person, in this space, at this moment in time. A small, honest grip on something real.

That's why I make images. To capture what's actually true about you: the story, the soul, the reason underneath what you're building.

Photography is how we make meaning of our experiences. It takes the energy of a moment, the thing we can never quite put into words, and turns it into a mirror — one that reflects you back to yourself and shows the world who you are and where you're going.

I've spent almost twenty years perfecting the art of being fully in the energy of the person in front of my camera, and what comes out of it still surprises me every time.

It's also what makes the work last: in a world full of images built to hold your attention for fifteen seconds and vanish, I make the kind people are still living with a decade later — prints still on the wall, headshots still in use, families coming back for the next chapter.

My Approach:

I photograph by feel, not by formula. Over the years I've worked across nearly every genre there is — weddings, families, portraits, brands, milestones, commercial, and what that range taught me is that the story is never in the shot list. It's in the soul of what’s being captured.

So I don't come in with a rigid plan imposed over top of you; I come in to read the room, follow what's real, and let the truth of the moment lead. It's the difference between photos that document and photos that mean something.

That's also why you receive the whole story, not a curated handful. Your shoot is a single unfolding moment, and every frame is a piece of it — so you get the complete set, not a fragment someone else decided was the important part.

In a world where anyone can generate a polished image in seconds, what's rare isn't the picture — it's the human eye behind it. Someone who can walk in, understand what makes you you, and capture it in a way no template ever could. That's the work. That's what I'm here for.
