  Each call begins with intuitive insights: reading your energy, patterns, and potential to reveal what’s truly happening beneath the surface. This creates a personalized blueprint for your expansion.
  

• Somatic & Energetic Integration
  We’ll identify where your body resists the change you’re calling in, then use personalized strategies including: therapeutic art, somatic movement, embodiment, integrative journaling, or creative energy activations to shift your state and regulate your nervous system.
  

• Creative & Strategic Application
  We’ll translate intuitive and somatic insights into aligned, tangible action, whether that’s refining a creative project, launching a new offer, or simply rebalancing your energy. You’ll leave each session with clarity, direction, and next steps.
  

• Ongoing Calibration & Support
  Between sessions, you’ll have access to me through email or DMs & voice notes for reflections, energetic check-ins, and practical accountability. This is where integration deepens and new momentum builds.

• A Restorative, Judgment-Free Space
  You’ll have room to tell the truth about where you are, explore what’s emerging, and reconnect with your creative self without needing to perform, polish, or prove anything.
