Guided Creation is a private, completely bespoke mentorship centred around the thing you're trying to create, change or bring into form. Rather than following a predetermined program, we follow the thread of what's actually happening as you create.
The money stuff might turn out to be what you learned growing up about success and hard work. The creative block might be a visibility wound. The stuck feeling might be you staying loyal to a version of yourself you've already outgrown.
Using intuitive practices, therapeutic art and guided discovery, we look underneath what's obvious and let the bigger picture come into focus. Depending on what surfaces, we might find ourselves talking about your work, creativity, energy, self-belief, business, spirituality, old patterns or something else entirely.
And because we're working together over time, we don't just understand what's happening.
We get to work with it.
We make sense of what comes through, experiment with what needs to shift, and keep moving with the thing you're creating as it evolves.

What To Expect:
Guided Creation begins with the thing you're trying to create, change or bring into form. We start by getting clear on where you are and what’s happening now, then follow the thread from there.
Because this is completely bespoke, what we do together depends on what surfaces. We might use intuitive guidance or tarot, therapeutic art practices, guided reflection, creative exercises, energy work, strategy or simply a really fucking good conversation that helps you see something differently.
As things shift, we integrate what we're discovering back into the actual thing you're creating. This isn't about endlessly digging around in your shit , the point is to understand what's happening so you can work with it and keep moving.
Guided Creation is designed to give us enough time to go beneath the obvious, work with what emerges, and support the evolution of both you and the thing you're bringing into form.
