Guided Creation is a private, completely bespoke mentorship centred around the thing you're trying to create, change or bring into form. Rather than following a predetermined program, we follow the thread of what's actually happening as you create.
The money stuff might turn out to be what you learned growing up about success and hard work. The creative block might be a visibility wound. The stuck feeling might be you staying loyal to a version of yourself you've already outgrown.
Using intuitive practices, therapeutic art and guided discovery, we look underneath what's obvious and let the bigger picture come into focus. Depending on what surfaces, we might find ourselves talking about your work, creativity, energy, self-belief, business, spirituality, old patterns or something else entirely.
And because we're working together over time, we don't just understand what's happening. We get to work with it.
We make sense of what comes through, experiment with what needs to shift, and keep moving with the thing you're creating as it evolves.

You come with one question, crossroads or thing you're trying to work through. I ask a few questions to understand where you are, then we connect to your guides, begin to pull cards and follow that one thread wherever it takes us.
Once we’ve unpacked everything that came in, it’s time to integrate. We bring it back to what you're creating, your life and your vision, and figure out what the guidance actually means for you and where you go from here.
